You may request a return for an eligible item within 14 days after delivery. To qualify under our standard return policy, the item should be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with its original tags and packaging where reasonably possible. Proof of purchase or another method of verifying the purchase date is required.
Sale items are returnable under the same 14-day policy unless the product is clearly marked Final Sale before purchase. A Final Sale designation does not eliminate any rights you may have for defective, damaged, misdescribed, counterfeit, or incorrectly supplied goods.
If we sent the wrong item or the product arrived damaged or defective, contact us as soon as reasonably possible with your order number and, when useful, photos of the issue. After review, we will provide an appropriate remedy such as replacement, return or refund. When the return is required because of our error or a covered defect, we will not charge you return shipping that should properly be borne by us.
For an eligible change-of-mind return, return shipping is normally the customer’s responsibility unless we state otherwise. We currently do not charge a restocking fee.
Approved refunds are generally issued to the original payment method. Bank, card-network or payment-provider processing time may apply after we issue the refund.
If an order cannot be shipped within the time promised, we will provide the cancellation/refund options required under applicable federal law. Where a full refund is legally required for unshipped merchandise, it will include the amounts that must be refunded under that law.
