Last updated: October 8, 2026. These Terms govern purchases from the United States ICI C’EST BABI store operated by BABI WORLD LLC, doing business as ICI C’EST BABI. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms together with our Shipping Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy and Privacy Policy.
We make reasonable efforts to describe products, colors, materials, sizing and availability accurately. Minor display differences may occur. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order; acceptance remains subject to payment authorization, availability and fraud or security review.
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes, shipping charges and discounts are shown before the final order is submitted. Payment is processed through the payment methods displayed at checkout. We do not intentionally store full payment-card numbers when they are processed directly by our payment providers.
We ship according to the estimate shown on the product page or at checkout. If no shipping time is stated, we will follow applicable federal requirements for Internet orders. If we cannot ship within the promised time, we will provide the delay options required by law, including cancellation and a prompt refund where applicable.
Products clearly identified as pre-order or made-to-order may have a later estimated shipping date. The estimate shown before purchase controls. If a material delay occurs, we will communicate the revised timing and the options available to you under applicable law.
Our commercial return window for eligible U.S. orders is 14 days after delivery. Conditions, Final Sale treatment, return shipping and refund timing are explained in our Returns & Refunds Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
Promotional codes and discounts may be subject to stated dates, product exclusions, minimum purchase requirements or single-use limits. Unless stated otherwise, promotions cannot be combined.
ICI C’EST BABI names, logos, graphics, photographs, product designs, written content and other brand assets may be protected by intellectual-property laws. No commercial reproduction, resale of brand assets, modification or use implying sponsorship is permitted without authorization, except as allowed by law.
You are responsible for providing accurate billing, contact and delivery information and for keeping your account credentials secure. Please contact us promptly if you believe an order or account has been used without authorization.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses that were not reasonably foreseeable from the transaction. This clause does not exclude liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the transaction, including New York and applicable U.S. federal law where relevant, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections that apply to them.
